Baby steps....To where you are going

Screenshot of a quote posted by Jenn on her facebook page a couple of weeks ago obviously we had our conversation on that topic.
Hello wonderful audience thanks for the overwhelming support on this Space of Victor the space of you. For the second time in the history of this blog I would bring in one of my beloved facebook friends. She's being in my life for quite a while I'm very happy to have someone like her, she has been very influential person in this blog she has named my most successful entries including "inside or out what's the real matter that count?" "to make love or to make war?" "for a season or for a lifetime?" among others. Is nobody else than my own girlfriend Jennifer M. I have been thinking of how to put together this entry, it was a long conversation but I don't want to make it a long entry for you.
I have been posting videos on my blog's group on facebook, join in you are missing on some other extra content there, these are videos I receive from John C Maxwell he has this section daily called "a minute with Maxwell" yesterday I heard about the word "risks" I loved this line he said "putting this baseball analogy, standing at first base people want to go to second base while staying safe at first base..." is the fact that people want it all but wont take risks to get there, or the fact that people just want to accelerate everything and avoiding the work in between. You know, this is a big problem with us humans we expect rewards too fast. We enter in a business expecting to make a million in the first year, enter a business and expect to know it all in the first day, you want a job but you are not willing to go through the hassle of applying for one, going to interview and going through that first day where you don't know nothing. I understand is not easy going to work Monday-Friday and not seeing the family and friends that much, but also is true that people go too crazy with Friday seems is the only day of the week that matters. Hey how about the work you have to perform to get that money?
Respect the law of proccess an activity can't get completed unless it goes through a proccess. In Science there are steps to get to a study of something, there's a hypothesis, then there's collection of samples, observation, experimentation but before that you need to know what equipments you need and have a laboratory ready for experimentation, write the data collected, talk to other scientists on their experiences, then finally you make a conclusion on the experiment. This is the same with everything in life, the baby starts to get to know those people around him/her, then start realizing who's around the most, then the baby starts to get comfortable with those people, starts to smile to them, laugh, and later on realize these are his/her family. A person is not born walking they still have to go through a lot of process, sit by themselves, get on foot and fall many times trying to take that first step before actually walking.
"the problem is that we live in a society where everything is fast, we shuffle between channels at really high speed, we microwave our foods, and the same is happening in our foods"
Food inc (netflix) a specialist talking about how the food is produced at high speed there's not a normal proccess but all accelerated.
Honestly he couldn't say better than that. We go through life thanking God is Friday, we can't have Friday without Monday, Tuesday... thank God (our the Gods) for giving you one more day. Would you be happy if all your days was from 11:59PM to 12:00AM then again 11:59PM to 12:00AM? well to start that only happen in video games (simulate an entire baseball season in one day) here's is the problem, the body need to rest 8 hours a day at least, if your days is only one minute you get old fast, can't rest or share with your family. My point is, you can't have what you want without going through what you don't want. As a good real estate agent you get ridiculous income based on your sales, but let's face it, doesn't matter how good you are, you don't really like to hear that question "Why is this house so expensive?" "Why you think is perfect for us?" 'why you trying to sell me this house?" they are technically the same question but very common. Let's face it, you have to convince the client which is not easy specially if you are not a people's person which I think is stupid work in a people's environment when you are not a people's person. But you have to go through that in order to sell the house and get your commission and put food on your family's table.
You see, the problem is that we want our spouse not to cheat but we don't do nothing that make them stick by the house, I understand you are a descent woman but that doesn't mean you can't act a bit different with your husband (if you know what I mean) it takes work to maintain a relationship unfortunately people find it hard to work for it. Cool break it up if you are not happy. Is it exciting with a new person? Of course it is. We talk about a new person with a totally different personality you have desires for, she/he has desires for you, there's a lot of mystery. Turns out that 2 years later you find out the grass wasn't as green as you though on this side, this person start to act up on you, and now you miss your old relationship. You want money but you don't want to get up to work Monday to Friday, have a business and don't run it properly because you are lazy you want the business to produce but you are not putting your passion into it. You want that big income your insurance company promised you but you don't show up for trainings and don't want to answer the question on why the client should buy your product and rid of the old one. No excited with your job? Go ahead quit (USA is going through an economic depression still 'thank you Bush not Obama the country was already destroyed when he came in) I assure you that you will go through hundreds interviews, and take a year to find a job, excited about your new job? let see if you say that two years later. The problem is that we don't want to go through fixing nothing, human beings some more than others tend to have acute laziness and don't want to go through stuff to get enjoyment. Money is not going to rain from the sky you have to work to get there.
If you had enough money to buy stocks in the stock market you wont make that much money in your first year, is likely that you reach one million from hundred thousand you invested and next day you are back in half of that million. Is a process you can't expect to win without any sacrifice, accept that sometimes is a longer process, accept that sometimes you have to take things slow.
See you on a very next episode it would be the first vlog on youtube.

With all the people filing up for disability benefits, all the parking spots for people with disability I have started to question, When did the world became disabled? When do I know I am disabled?
Honestly I didn't have nothing to write until today (Wednesday) yeah I was mentally disabled, totally out of sync I'm a human being. Well let me get to the topic already. Have you ever heard somebody say "I have a disability"? I have also heard about something called will power and today and saw it in action and I feel so fortunate to see that. A message to you, keep up the good attitude, you don't know who you may end up influencing. I was down I haven't feel this low in pretty long time and I know that through the whole year this blog have been up I always showed you strength but if you saw me today, you would not recognize me. I will tell you later what changed my day for the good.
It make me boil my blood seeing people taking advantage of the government, the government that the working class feed. You know, we work, we pay taxes, the government find money and other people take it because they have a disability. I'm not trying to be insensitive here I know some people have true disabilities and can't deal with regular life. Not for the man I will talk to you about.
I was in an office building today. Ironically the place where people apply for disability benefits, health insurance and other benefits I was applying for health and don't look at me bad because everybody have rights to good health services. I will be so proud if this man is one of my readers let me know if you are here. I get in the elevator with a woman half my height, just before the elevator closed this man push a trash can through the door. Just by curiosity I looked at the man and I noticed the man is lacking his right hand, I look at the left hand and he doesn't have a left hand neither but apparently they tried to attach fingers to it. This man have no hands, unless he has a bright brain to dictate to someone with two hands and publish books this man have no possibilities of working at anything. Unless this man have a bright brain he can't be president neither. Let me tell you something Joaquin Balaguer Ricardo lost his sight at age 28 but he didn't lose his vision. Rafael Leonidas Trujillo the dictator of the Dominican Republic back in the 1940's to 60's saw how bright this man was and he gave him work as ambassador, state secretary among other roles. Mr Balaguer Ricardo then became president he governed the country for 28 years. He wasn't a dictator what happens is that the country saw how bright this man was and elected him almost every time including a time where he governed 12 years in a row. Mr Balaguer was blind and he was the president of the Dominican Republic countless times. Maybe some of you still think he's the president (he died in 2002) During his time as president the Dominican Republic experienced tremendous growth in almost all aspects. Added to his presidency this man was also a lawyer (which he never exercised thanks to politics), and he was a prolific, bright writer. Let me remind you this guy was blind.
Back to our man. I was down, I wasn't feeling good at all. It took this man to reopen the elevator's door and come over and change my day completely. I understood that whatever circumstances I'm going through, he was supposed to go through worse but he refused, he went through pain when he lost his hands but he refused to give up. He pushes that garbage can daily through the HRA Jamaica hallways, he refuses to sit down and receive government help. Ironically this man without hands is working, paying taxes and other people receiving government aid because that person have AIDS, because that person is missing an eye, because that person can't hear properly. Come on we are talking of a hand-less man here. You see, the advantage of this man is that he can ride a bike and say "hey look no hands" and everybody believe him. Not making fun of the man here just inserting a lame joke. If you think that not having hands is not a big deal. I challenge you. Pretend you don't have hands and try to do stuff you do daily like signing papers at your office. Let me tell you something, this man probably found a way to do that. Imagine for a moment how things would be if you didn't have hands. Hey make up artist, painters, cook, stay home mom tell me would it be easy? For this man there is no limit, instead of siting down complaining about how the government is not giving him enough money in public assistance (which he clearly is entitled to receive) this man chose to take a job and work like a man with two hands. Ironically working in a building where people with small disabilities go to ask for help. He keeps that building clean. I typed "like a regular man" but to tell the truth, he is a regular man a disability don't make him different. All my respects go to this man we shared the elevator only one floor or less than 2 minutes and he inspired me in that short time. If you guys and gals are reading this article is thanks to that encounter.
You know, I'm a strong believer that you are the one in charge of your capabilities, you decide what you can handle, you decide what you can't handle. For some reasons people end up doing unbelievable stuff when they get challenged. Even when we fail, we look back and say, "I still can't believe I did that", "well I couldn't do this but I did that" , "now I know I can do that" have you ever feel something like that? let me tell you one thing. When I played basketball I used to do just enough I never really played hard enough unless was clutch moments I would pull a block out of nowhere. Out of nowhere the guy letting the game slip away from him, commit turnover after turnover would become a tenacious defender and great passer. On one particular episode back in high school I remember driving through the lane and jumping so hard that I could see the top of the rim. Everyone was expecting to see that dunk. I wasn't that tall I barely stood 5'11" but I jumped pretty hard. When I got up there, I got scared because I haven't dunk before, I looked away and I ended up crashing the ball against the side of the backboard resulting on a ridiculous turnover. The same guy who previously blocked one shooter using a teammate as a shield to keep me away although I haven't show danger all game long. I jumped and blocked that guy on top of his teammate, collected the ball, passed it away, ran open down court, received a long pass, jumped but I didn't feel capable of dunking I chickened out. I was always the "just to make the 5" guy. One day in particular I got fed up because they were not giving me plays, I was so mad that I was ignoring when they told me "pass" I took shot after shot after shot. I remember scoring 16 of 21 points including some ridiculous fade away three point shots. I was mad, my true skills showed up, but by the next game after celebrating the win, I was back to the same I was before. I was lazy, I had potential to play really good but I never played to my full potential. I let anybody I played with to mold my style of playing and I didn't fight to prove them wrong.
In the united states specially New York City temperatures fall as low as 21ºF in some cases even 10ºF. She's my mother but I have to tell you the truth. The lowest temperature I ever endured in Dominican Republic was 65ºF usually the lowest is 75ºF only one occasion we got lower than 75 and that was December 2000. My mother always complaints about the cold, she keeps all windows closed all winter long, spring, and fall. She rarely leaves the house and sometimes she wears three sweaters and a coat. After 14 years here, she just can't deal with the cold temperatures, she's always sick. She didn't face the challenges put in front of her. You see, the difference between a capability and a disability, being great or fail is the way we react to a challenge. The man I spoke to you about he found himself with no hands, but he challenged himself to work even without hands. I look at this man and I wonder what would he have done if he had both of his hands I don't care why he lost his hands, this guy probably feel bad every time he wakes up and find himself with no hands; but he faces his challenges, he battle with the barrier that life gave him. He knows he was given a challenge and he has to live with it.

I'm so happy to see you here reading me one more time. You that have no disabilities, you have a gift, go out there and make the difference. "Victor I'm poor" and? Andrew Carnegie had nothing but 10 dollars, and a 6th grade of education when he came to USA and he became the richest man ever known. 'Victor I'm homeless" And? You are reading this you are probably in a library which is great, take this time to learn about the most famous homeless of all time. Mr Chris Gardner writer of "The Pursuit of Happiness" He fought through adversity and became a very powerful man. Maybe you can find a way to take out the DVD version or on netflix with Will and Jaden Smith. There's this young lady by the name Johanna. A very hardworking young lady but she lost her job when the Smash Burger she used to work at closed down. Seeking for work I met her at a customer services training. She resided in a shelter by then. One of the obstacles she faced is that to be in the program, she had to be there early, unfortunately she has to go through a lot of stuff in the morning and she would be arriving late. She had the choice of just not doing it. But she wanted this so bad that she spoke to the directors of the program including the teacher. They saw her hunger and conceded her an extra half an hour. Once she got there she was on, she was participating, one of the top students. Out of ten participating, only four got hired. She's one of them, she will be in the roster for the new Century 21 Store in New York opening September 18.
Our disabilities reside in our head, is up to you to challenge it and make a better future for you and those around you. You that have a disability, challenge yourself to make a difference, do something different, challenge yourself. Don't forget that there was a blind president/writer don't forget that if you haven't try it, you don't know if you can. What if you can and you didn't know?

Talk to you two weeks from now.

Goal: The essence of succeeding or failing

For the first time I have send my blog to a certain amount of people, you are the first group to receive this blog on your e mail. If you liked the content you can subscribe by mail to continue receiving this blog by e mail. This is the only time you will receive this blog. For the next publication a totally different group will receive this blog.

There are several steps to achieve your goals to see those steps Click here

How many of you have seen a race where the runners don't know where is the end, in which direction is the end? How many of you would be interested in participating in a race like that? I don't know you, but I think that me and you might agree that doesn't make sense to embark in a journey if you don't know where you are going. It doesn't make any sense start in a career that you don't know exactly what you expect from that career, what you want to achieve.
I often talk about my current career, but I have to admit I wasn't really feeling energized about this no more, I wasn't feeling so eager to do it no more until someone shed some light, injected some fuel in me. I have been in business for over two years now and it been a roller coaster of emotions. I often questioned how some of my colleagues stay excited after being in business 20-30 years. Some weeks ago someone who's been in business for 15 years building a successful business the right way started to talk about what motivate him to be in business. And just last week the same guy came back to his old topic talking of what motivate him, his goals and dreams. "you have to start questioning why are you here" mmm that was a very good question.
You see, when I first started in business I just wanted one thing in special and that was retire my father. He's currently 55 years old and haven't stop working since he was 10, travel, and provide a good life for my family. Sound pretty descent to me but that's not going to fire me up. WHY? I don't have a clear goal. Sure I knew what I wanted, sure I knew what I wanted to do, but the mileage of my race wasn't determined. I didn't know how much I wanted, I hadn't specified a distance for my goal and so I hadn't specified what price to pay.
I have the best opportunity in the world for a regular man like me in North America and I would find myself coming from my job and straight to play video games, watch tv, take whole days off lagging in front of the computer doing nothing, just seeing others living their dream. What about mine? You know what happened? I didn't have a goal an exact goal. My goal was: helping my father to retire but this is not a viable goal due to the fact that if I get far, I get to help my parents anyway. It happens that if my father get me upset at least for that day I'm out from chasing my goal, I wanted to travel, well with so many stuff going on around the world.. I refuse to watch news but there are some news that you just can't ignore and looking at how things are I don't think I might be that eager to travel, then is the fact that I want to provide the best to my family. At the time I'm writing this blog I'm not married not kids, and have a girlfriend well at least I have that. but is just the same as my father. If my girlfriend get me upset I'm out of the chase too.
I made sure to set up a goal that keep me ignited I put on paper how much in total I want to make two years and a half from now. You see, I'm not longer placing my goals in someone else's hands. You might agree with me that the momentum of my goals was handled by my father, girlfriend and the news. Worse, they didn't know about it. Placing an specific goal on paper would remind me to just do it, it doesn't matter how angry I get with my father, my girlfriend . I think it would help me get there faster. Family time, oh I'm mad at them ok family time is work time now.. I'm just joking I really love my family. Putting down in paper my goals would remind me to just got after it independently of what happens with my girlfriend, parents, or the world. I only know I have certain amount of time to make certain amount of money. What would happen (please God don't let that happen) if my father died? I'm pretty sure that in the past my goals would have died too. In the present my goals continue only with the sadness that my father didn't see me succeeding. Also is important to have someone to be accountable to could be a son/daughter, your wife/husband, boyfriend/girlfriend a good friend, and or co-worker. For the following reason if you are the only one who know of your goal is very likely that you get out of the chase for your goals "if nobody know, there's no sin. Instead of working my business, let me watch some tv, I deserve some rest" It happens that you really enjoyed and the next day you are in the same. When you come to realize you are lost in laziness. Having someone to be accountable to achieve 3 things
1) Create a sense of consciousness, a sense of urgency "Oh John is looking at me to see if I'm serious of my goals I better set out to work"
2) Activate John to call you out when you are getting out of your objective
3) Someone to follow your progress and someone who know what you are talking about
"Well Victor this is another good post for those who have business" NO what I'm stating here is that whatever goal you want.
1) Find out what you want to achieve. has to be clear, something you really want, not something that sound beautiful.
2) Specify a date for when you want to achieve that goal
3) Write them down in a piece of paper that you are going to carry with you everywhere everyday, place it around keep it visible get obsessed with your goal. If your goal is a car, get a picture of that car, or a similar model and keep it visible.
4) Determine the price to pay for your goal and very important Do not negotiate the price. Remember the
5) Determine who can help you to stay in focus, and help you to get there. I have the fortune and misfortune to have John Mcmullen, Charles Lutz and my girlfriend in my business. They contact me almost daily to see my progress. It's a misfortune but good misfortune because there are days that I promise to do something, I don't do it and then I try to hide. Hey I'm afraid of giving the message that I'm not serious or that I failed.
6) Find out if you need to develop any specific skills to achieve that goal.
 7) Develop a plan of action
8) Celebrate
Let say that you want a better relationship. I believe that the logic is write down that goal and put it in a place that only you know of, put a SPECIFIC date and I hope the date is not "as soon as possible (ASAP)" Honestly that's undefined. Analise the situation well and put a date according to the gravity of the situation, after that you must find out the price you have to pay. "well we are in this mess because I spend too much time  watching sports on TV, instead of paying attention to her, never tell her how good she cooked. I will cut down the TV time, maybe get home earlier so I have my tv time and don't miss my favorite show and my favorite woman, maybe call her more when I'm out." "Well maybe I learn new recipes and don't bore him with the same food." maybe I cut down my phone time with my friend and so we can talk more and leave the tv for me as he does after I hang up the phone." Sure you know what to sacrifice to fix the problem. Maybe you spend far too much time on the computer. If you spend it reading this blog double thumbs up :D invite your spouse and send to friends :D Now seriously, talk to someone maybe a good friend, someone that have that relationship you dream of, if you don't have a friend with those characteristics find someone who do, talk to that person about their relationship, what you see good, what you want in your relationship. NEVER SPEAK IN TERMS OF WHAT YOU DON'T WANT just focus on what you want. It would become natural for John to ask how is your relationship going because John is working with you to fix it. You have chosen John to guide you, John is an example of what you want. John will give you advices and maybe help you to develop a plan to achieve your goal. You just need to ask. Lastly you have to celebrate, after achieving your goal invite John and spouse to eat with your spouse, dance, sing, go crazy you made it, is your time. You know what time is it? time to identify another goal and go after it.
Anything you want to achieve doesn't necessarily have to do with business, but in every aspects of life you have to see look at what do you want to accomplish, when and what are you willing to pay. Maybe is that one week vacation to Florida next summer. Hey have you noticed you work everyday, pay $100 something for your cable and you only watch one channel? How about giving up the cable and get that money together and have your well deserved vacations.
You have to know with clarity what you want, you have to know when you want it, what are you willing to give up to get that goal, who would you need to help you out to reach that goal if relationship wise who do you think have a great relationship and might give you good advice, who is successful and might give you good advice. And finally don't forget to write it down. Be serious of your goal remember a deal is not a deal unless you sign the papers.
BUT the greatest problem with humanity is that we are willing to get but we are not willing to pay the price for what we want, we are not willing to sacrifice. One very important thing you have to remember is that if you do what the crowd do, you would end up with the crowd, if you do what others are not willing to do, you will get what others don't get.

See you all in two weeks

Limitations to other's vision

"Every man takes the limits of his own field of vision for the limits of the world."
Arthur Schopenhauer
I remember posting on my facebook page this quote that was May this year. I immediately received many comments from my friends and some messages asking me about this quote what do I think it means. It sounds mean, omg this is a so depressing quote etc.
I'm gonna tell you something, I don't know that in deep what it means neither. But everybody have their own version on this quote. Originally published in the studies on pessimism. To be honest I haven't read that probably would take a look at it sometime even though I want nothing to do with pessimism.
Sometimes we do stuff and usually compare to what others have done. It's very normal to see a very successful lawyer and his/her children become lawyers, it comes to a generation that they just do it. They don't have passion for that but is all they know because dad did it, grandpa did it. Also is very normal seeing farmers staying farmers, rich grow even more rich the poor gets more poor. WHY? well the rich found a secret that they can transfer to their children lucky them. With the time they apply their improve over what they had and you know that's more money.
The poor on the other hand would stay there, hey dad worked everyday in the factory and raised me at least he raised me, yes I want to go to Disney, Hawaii but that's just fantasy I know my feet would not go to those places there's no way I can get there with the money I get but this is all I can do what do you want me to do, steal?
And that's the problem I see, well now I see it. I recently had the opportunity to listen to Earl's Nightingale's The strangest secret where he defines success as the constant realization of an ideal meaning hey if you are doing what you are doing and you are happy, then you are successful. Ok if that's you this might not be your posting, I'm talking to those that are not happy where they are at. Why you do what you do? why aren't you trying something different?
In the USA we live in a free market economy, you have a skill? then you can make a business out of it, you have an idea, you can make money with it. You are the best in your class best barber, best cook, best hair stylist in town then you can definitely have a lot of clients coming to you looking for your services. The question is why aren't you moving to the next level? Guys right now I'm silent, my brain is talking through my hands, and I'm gonna tell you. I want to move to the next level. Currently I'm full-time entrepreneur starting in my own business supported by a company. I want to move forward and be one of the top in my class. What is stopping you? what is stopping me?
I was born to a lower middle class couple coming from a town where we had no electricity until 1990, roads made out of dirt where you would be happy when rain come so it would wash away the dust out of your house and vehicles wont lift dust for days. But then would curse for so much mud being dragged on your shoes. My grandfather didn't make it past 6th grade, one of them didn't even go to school, my mother finished 8th grade, my father was skipped from 6th to 8th grade but quit. He never had in mind coming to the USA, to us we were just a Dominican family who would live there like everybody else. We ended up in the United states my father came in 91 my mother seven years later my three brothers and I came in 2001. But I grew up to 16 years old in those conditions, I never in my life expected to be part of a big organization, being in position to have my own business. I see how far I've come and you know what I still afraid of taking the next step. I heard from someone in the business I'm in that you don't lose fear, but you learn to manage your fear, work around it. (Raymond Young) I gotta be honest that's blew my mind away because is true. See, doesn't matter what you do, you will always have to look for someone's advice because you have your doubts.
Another reason why people don't go to the next level and this is where the quote comes in to my understanding. People always look for ways to excuse themselves from doing something new, often seeing the failures others had. "this guy tried that and failed" "yeah such and such son tried and he's back to farming we are people of farming not that" I admire the caution of some, but is also a flaw. See, you was made totally different from me, I don't care if you know me and know me so well that you are my brother. We were raised under the same family, but I'm totally different from you. In fact you can find on google video "maintaining a positive attitude" where Les Brown make reference to his twin Brother. TWINS and they still different Les go for all positive don't blow my positive bubble while his brother reads the paper and not leaving away the obituaries.
You were made with unique capabilities that make you different from every single individual in your environment. Yeah you will find similarities with someone but everybody is different. If certain person failed at something, hey doesn't mean you would fail. Only if that's your mindset that's where the quote comes in. If John failed, Marie failed that mean I'm gonna fail too. Well what you don't know is that John and Marie went in for money ignoring the value and their skills, well they probably became good at it with the time. But blinded by money, putting too much pressure on themselves, not doing the right thing. You don't know why they failed. And here you are wanting to do something great with your life but you don't want to because you are afraid of failure, you have fears. Because others have put limitations to you visions, you saw someone crash while trying to reach their dreams. I'm gonna leave now but I would leave you with a question.
and to answer that question I would invite you to read my previous posting in order to answer that question.

What's better trying and probably succeeding, Or never making a move and then live with the wonder of what would have been if I tried?

Give up or Try again? Quit or continue?

I think many of us are faced with this question everyday of our life. The question is what would you do? What do you do when every odd seems to be against you, when the universe seem to confabulate against you?
I am a strong believer that all of us have a purpose in life and all of us have the opportunity to either find that purpose or give up and end up a loser. See I also believe that there's enough riches in the country, there's enough riches in the world for each of us to live good. But haven't you ask yourself why do we have guys like Donald Thrump, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs. Three extremely rich guys who obviously have a system to put people to work for them. Then we have Art Williams compared to these guys why is this guy special? Well just a football coach, who saw the need to create a company to help people who were overlooked by those big financial institutions, he is not as rich as those mentioned before but definitely a big name. He gave away his football for a new passion.
However these guys all have something in common, something that not many of us have; and that, is attitude I'm not talking about the attitude of being rude to people no, is the thirst to do something great, is the attitude of saying this is my ground I'm doing my thing I don't care how many times I fail, is the faith of doing what you believe in despite all difficulties remaining grounded to what you believe in.
I had the opportunity of reading the book "Thrump 101" where Donald Thrump talks about how much in debt he got I believe was several billions while you worry about couple of thousands. He believed he could make profits from his business, and he did he is one of the greatest name when it comes to real state. Steve Jobs started a great company Apples computers, however he got fired from his own company. How in heaven can you get fired from your own company? See, he had two choices try again hopefully he gets fired from the new company he creates next or sit down and be a loser tell everyone how close he was from making it to the big leagues and got bumped. What did he do? According to an article published in success magazine couple of months ago he created a new company, then created Pixar, pixar was so huge that bough apple computers when it was about to crash down. Well after the first Ipod you guys know how big apple became. I had no idea what apple computers was until I saw an Ipod. Now I believe they do everything with I including Igo, Idid nah just joking. But are you seeing the trend? These people don't give up they just come back stronger every time they fall. Gates? well if you are a windows user like me, you already know he left college to start Microsoft computers. Why? well maybe he though now was his time he couldn't wait, he had faith in what he wanted to accomplish.
Williams he saw himself in a tough spot when his father died leaving his mother with little life insurance benefits, he found out his family could have done better if they knew a little secret shared only by those with money. He found a company that did exactly that and since he couldn't do it for his family, he did say it to other families. He though of a system he developed that system on that company but the company failed, moved to another one but he found out his system wasn't a fit there and others were making money based on his and his people's efforts. Learning he had a strong passion powered by what happened to his family about 12 years before and noticing his passion didn't diminished a bit after going through so much in other companies he started his own company with his own system, his ideas, his people his personal experiences and very importantly his drive, determination and passion. Obviously he had faith in what he was doing, he though he was doing the best for others, but the other companies were pissed because their clients were running to Mr. Williams. He got a bunch of lawsuits from these others but guess what? He kept on going, his purpose was stronger than what was going on around.
John C. Maxwell in a recent issue of Success Magazine talks about two kinds of people the splatters and the bouncers which one are you. The splatter that when something wrong happen you stay down afraid of going back up, afraid of doing it again. Or the bouncer that no matter what happens you will always always look for a way to go back on top, have a burning desire to try it again.

And by the way if you are worrying about failing, Check what one of the most outstanding athletes had to say.
“I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”
Many of you know Michael Jordan for his sneakers, but for those old enough to remember him playing the guy was an ace, some kind like Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony well you get the idea. Yet he knows that missing shots is part of the game. Ted Williams hit over 400 3 of his 19 seasons 344 for his career. He's is considered one of the best hitters in baseball. Yet he failed more than what he succeeded. If he took a thousand turns at bat he only hit 344 of them which mean he failed 656 times. Coloner Sanders was turned down by 1009 restaurants before one last restaurant accepted and became the KFC we know, We might not know of the light bulb if Thomas Edison gave up after losing most of his fortune in a bunch of inventions that failed. I can tell you of so many almost defeat then super success that I read about I can write a whole 10 pages on that.
What I'm saying is, if there's possibility of success after near failure, what is stopping you? Why don't you give yourself a chance to something great?
